27 health to work with, with the draw deck trying to get as much value out of it possible. Crash Landing and Dangerous Maneuver both work with Partisan Recruit.

Most of the mill is out of the hand as opposed to the deck, so you need to be efficient with your early actions (almost always activate sniper into SBW if available) before your opponent can dump their hand and leave you with inefficient ranged damage. The upside of course is that your opponent's game becomes a lot higher variance, making matches against better players easier.

All 3 characters can play late, with Lone Operative. Your opponent will target the Sniper first but Riot Shields and first aid can give you breathing room.
