Vontz 3
This deck took me to the finals, its quite strong, 6 dice reasonable dice and great passive abilities on two of the characters.
Round 1 was against RoyalSabk on Jyn/Han. Loss Jyn Han can be rough sometimes.
Round 2 was against Elliot, I'm sorry but I can't for the life of me remember what he played.
Round 3 was against JeffJeff who I believe was on Jyn Han also. I could be wrong about that.
Round 4 was against Levi, who made top 4 on Bo-Rex. He is quite a good player, and was a great kid to play against. Win
Round 5 was against Elrathion on Trandos. I got pretty lucky this game and beat him, it came down to 1 HP at the end, based on getting lucky, and how the finals went, I believe his deck is favored.
Top 8 was against TurkeyClubSamich in Garindan Gideon. 2-0 Game 1 was quite a game, it was very close and could have gone either way. Game 2 I was able to kill Gideon fairly early on and then I only had to control a few dice from there.
Top 4 was against Levi on Bo-Rex. 2-0. Both games he played well, but I believe that in this matchup, you just take the indirect as needed and control whatever dice you have to control until you have created an overwhelming board state and just fart on Rex. You'll have probably lost a guy by that point, but thats alright.
The finals was against Elrathion, 0-2. I did not play game 1 well at all. We made a mistake and didn't see each others lists until after the mulligan. I didn't know by that point that he was only running one DM, which i had thrown my bad batch back into my deck so i wouldn't get blown out. Would this have changed game one? Probably not, not with how poorly I played. Game 2 was won by that ridiculous 0 cost bounty that allows the potential of insane ramp for free. Data Heist Boy this card can be absolutely gross. I believe he played more of my supports than I played of his, and I still almost won this game. Had that not happened we would have gone to game 3. But oh well, life's tough.
Hope you enjoyed my write-up, sorry for being so late, and sorry for my opponents in rounds 2 and 3 for being less sure about their decks.
