TANKs Jankyard 5

"Charmed, I'm sure." - TANK

Going again with my hyper focus idea behind a true Jank deck, I went with Charming this time around (duh). Each team member, a couple of supports and even an event all put charm tokens wherever you want them. The original idea was to keep messing with the opponents dice while improving my own till I could ramp into a suite of redeploy weapons for the kill.

This sounded all well and good (I mean, it is a band after all) until I acutally tested it against some rather resilient Wookiees one night. Talk about a match for the ages, this bout went on for about 2 hours with all the dice manipulation and healing before I figured out I needed to try a new tactic, let the Wookiee win. No, wait, I mean, mill the snot outta them!

It actually worked, quite well I might add. With all the hand dumping ability this team and their deck has, it was pretty quick from that point forward. But could it be quikc enough overall to play beat the 35 min clock? I looked into replacing the damage dealing weapons with discard and mill options, but there really weren't any obvious cards to swap with. So I'll just call this the "Mill & Kill" version of the band so I can pick and choose.

It already has a victory under its belt, and as we all know, don't write off the jank until you see an 0 in the win column.
