The format for the 08.27.24 evening tournament was to "spin the wheel" of Awaiting Fate characters and spend 15 minutes building the deck. I pulled Shin Hati, which I'd never played before, so I thought I would just go thematic and see what happens: let's add Baylan Skoll and the Awaiting Fate plot. It was really fun, definitely not an optimized list but a good start!
