When echo3 published Dedra and the first Resurgence spoilers, I realized that I've never really played red villain control, so committed to giving it a shot with the ISBs.
A couple weeks later, this was the very first deck I built! This version is pretty close to my first attempt which had stuff like Architect Of War and Rewritten History for even more mill/kill possibility.
The cards likely speak for themselves but just in case..
A bazillion tricks that give hand and deck knowledge, plus Surveillance And Seizureand ISB Central Officeto take advantage of that intel.
Add some solid red leader supports like Pre-Mor Enforcersand Armored Assault Tank
Sprinkle in some traditional red mitigation like Commanding Presence Power of the Tribe, MSE-6 Droid and Battle Tactic.
Top it off with some red abilities that look at hand/deck - and have Redeploy! - and you're good to go.
Real talk: playing this makes my brain hurt since at any given time, there's an upside to remembering every card in opponent's hand, plus the top couple of cards in each deck.
More than just about any other deck, this one probably needs a user-manual since other than starting with Cloud City - Bespin or Effective Intelligence wherever possible to guide the rest of the round, my sequencing advice is "it depends."
