The set-aside "training" upgrade is Shii-Cho training on Dooku. It's hard to start out with only 1 resource when you have 4 pay sides for damage overall, but even with a slow start this deck tested through the roof (18-2 at one point). This deck went 4-1 in Swiss to finish in the top spot (the only other 4-1, Sabine/Zeb, lost to this deck in round one - Sabine/Zeb would later go on to win the whole thing). The only loss this deck took in Swiss was to Kragan Gor/Synara San, who kept stealing resources (that deck did not make top cut though). It faced Chirrut/Baze in the first round of top cut and went 1-2, though it had beaten that deck in Swiss. The difficulty I noted in the matches I lost in that round was not drawing any upgrades. Apparently not rolling enough dice can be a problem. Who knew?! Hahahaha! Looking back, It Binds All Things never got played (thanks for the tip Majo and Polyfly) so I might swap that out for more mitigation (especially with the new DoP cards out). The Weak Mind downgrade would work perfectly in this deck but that would up the even cost card count to 4, which is probably not a problem when trying to pull off Witch Magick. There is another version of this deck that I might try in the ARH monthly league but it's only a 3 die start which can be rough but should have greatly overall longevity.

The sweet combo in this deck of course is Force Concealment into Rise Again for only 2 resources and play Force Crush on Dooku for free. That's a huge swing! Using the battlefield PA along with special chaining on the upgrades, you can continue to bat around an opponent's die for multiple pings of damage before even removing it, which then triggers Rukh's after effect for even more damage.
