Technically, these characters are restricted together in ARH Standard. Jyn and Han can be played separately, but not together.

It was a broken deck. So ARH did an errata and fixed it. If you go to the ARH website and look for the article that shows what they did, Elrathion will explain the reasoning for why it was to good.
