All credit really goes to Inferno for this one check out their list it is better I would say, but I've tried to make Sebulba's especially great with Tie Bomber and LR-57. Love the Double Down but I think 3 Seb Wins is a bit much so 3 doubt is safe. Also think think on your feet and raiding party are interesting cards for sebulba even if a bit situational.
Anyway if your interested see Inferno's list it will explain the other choices in great detail and pls suggest stuff.
Merchant Freighteris better than Remote Stockpile. Cut Start Your Engines! and run more electroshock.
