This started off as an attempt to build a hero Black Stall Station deck, that got carried away.
I wanted a hero BSS deck, because Owen Lars can tutor it. so he had to pair with IG-11. I then wanted the Underworld plot for obvious reasons, leaving 8 points. Beru Lars seemed like the obvious choice of a partner here, as she makes Owen much better, splashes blue, and essentially means I'm playing with 4 resources each round thanks to their combined discounts. And I'm even floating a point.
There's some fun synergies here. Tusken Camp can be pulled with Owen and triggers BSS. Rally The Covert can be played at 2 resources with the plot, exhausts Owen to no negative, does its thing, then probably triggers BSS for another ping. Harvest is an obvious include. The High Valley battlefield is for use with those Tusken Raider dice and trigger the plot. Vile Machinations is the cherry on top.

What if...? Owen bought a mercenary droid instead of R2-D2 and C-3PO.
