For the record, this top cut deck was submitted before any new changes to Merrin from release. So, her text read as follows: "After setup, this character gains the color Blue. After you play a card with an odd cost, you may place 1 shield on a non-plot card in play. Power Action - Remove 1 shield from a non-plot card you control to turn a hero or villain die to a side showing a value of 0."
