Instead of One-Quarter Portion did you think of Occupation? With Occupation you take all of their resources instead of giving them a resource. I know you have to control the battlefield but that's what Rex is for! Winning! |

yk what Occupation is actually better but it doesn't remove dice. Plus also it costs more. definitely a good addition to any Hero deck. |

Have you considered finding space for Local Garrison? That way when you play One-Quarter Portion they're back to the two resources they started with, therefore, you've only spent four resources to remove a die? That basically makes the card free. |

have you considered adding Blue Eyes White Dragon? it works the same as the Charizard mill but with less discarding. |
