For the Silver Sun Prime Event I had immense trouble choosing the deck I wanted to play. All I knew was that I wanted to use at least 1 Resurgence character but ended up going with two. Count Dooku and my favourite Gungi - Protective Friend.
This deck brings back the old tactic of chaining. The deck has the potential to roll in the dice and resolve them all with a single special. Count Dooku - Determined Idealist when turning a non villain die gets to do two damage as well. Very useful indeed. Ideally you want to get Dark Devastation down and Yoda's Teachings which also have specials that can turn to more specials. You can easily do a ton of damage in a single turn with a couple of these in play.
It's not all about Dooku though, as Gungi also has a special that deals unblockable damage which can come in very handy should the situation arise. Also comes with a or a to boot.
The most fun card in this deck is by far the Learned From My Master. If Dooku is defeated and you can play this on Gungi. Gungi gains Resilience and the special from Dooku to add to his own.
The Jedi Code can come in very handy for removal and is generally why we have Luke's Teachings in the deck although it is great if you can hit the shield side on the Force Assistance to use with this.
